This is my second career. My first -- 20 years in the technology industry -- taught me incredibly important lessons: how to get things done, the importance of relationships, the power of your own agency, how to do big things as a team.
It also exposed me to extreme stress, impossible goals, the constant high-wire of organizational politics, and an ongoing feeling of deep insecurity.
For a long time I knew something wasn't quite right: 'is this what I should be doing?' It took the sudden death of my father to knock me out of my groove and onto a very different path.
Now I focus on helping others because, as it turns out, helping others is the best way to help myself. My journey so far has been incredibly rich, rewarding, and full of surprises. I've learned from some of the best, and hope I can help you be more at ease in your life.
Therapy is about you, but if you're wondering who this particular therapist is, read on below.

I've played music all my life. I studied it at university and my first jobs involved playing in bands. I play the guitar and pretend to play the drums.

I worked at Apple for almost 20 years in London, New York and Silicon Valley. I had lots of roles along the way.

I am from the UK and I live in San Francisco with my long time partner. I love it here and can't imagine ever leaving.

This is our dog Nutmeg. He is part Poodle, Bernese mountain dog and Australian Shepherd. He is 100% cute.

It took me a long time discover this: the purpose of my life is to help others. There's lots of ways to do that, and being a therapist is the best fit for my experiences, skills and passions.

I like to do outdoor stuff, especially running, cycling and snowboarding.
No therapist is a perfect fit for everyone. The best way to find out if we should work together is to have a quick video meeting

If I'm not the right fit for you, I might have some suggestions of other therapists you could try.
